Biz Call Pro — Terms of Service

Effective date: October 15, 2025

1) Service. Biz Call Pro provides AI-powered call handling that qualifies leads, schedules, and sends secure payment links via third‑party processors. We do not process or store card numbers or bank details on calls.

2) Recording & Consent. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality and compliance. You are responsible for obtaining and honoring any required one‑party or two‑party consent under your local laws and for disclosing call recording to your callers.

3) Acceptable Use. You will not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, spam, or collection of sensitive data (e.g., PCI card data, PHI/medical, SSNs). The assistant must not be used for emergency response.

4) Pricing & Billing. Plans are billed monthly in advance until canceled. Usage beyond plan limits may be throttled or billed at overage rates if/when enabled. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.

5) Third‑Party Platforms. Payment processing, telephony, and AI models are provided by third parties (e.g., Stripe, Vapi, OpenRouter). Availability and performance may vary; outages in those services may affect your service.

6) Data. We store configuration and call metadata necessary to operate your line. We may retain call recordings and transcripts as configured. You are responsible for exporting and retaining records required for your business or legal compliance.

7) No Warranties. The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

8) Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the amounts paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9) Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, including your scripts, disclosures, compliance obligations, and interactions with your callers.

10) Cancellation. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Cancellation ends future charges but does not refund prior charges. We may suspend or terminate service for abuse or nonpayment.

11) Changes. We may update these terms with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
